Job summary

Prospect Rock Partners in New York, NY seeks a senior leader to raise institutional credit for a fast-growing, AI infrastructure lender. You will own the end-to-end process from initial conversations with banks to closing warehouse lines and private credit facilities, shaping the funding strategy and syndication for rapid growth.

You will manage relationships with banks, private credit funds and warehouse lenders, navigating credit committees and due diligence while coordinating with founders

Qualifications

• Digital infrastructure background in data centers, GPU/AI compute, fiber, towers or related power.
• 6–7+ years in investment banking, infrastructure or project finance, private credit, structured finance, debt capital markets or infrastructure investing.
• Structured and closed digital infrastructure financings or M&A, or other institutional credit facilities.
• Direct experience with institutional credit due diligence and what lenders need to approve a facility.
• Strong fluency in facility structures, advance rates, covenants, collateral and credit risk.
• Relationships across banks, private credit funds and warehouse lenders, or the ability to build them quickly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presence to represent the company to sophisticated counterparties.
• Self-directed and comfortable in a fast-moving startup; crypto experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Own the institutional credit-raising pipeline from first conversations with credit providers through diligence, close and ongoing relationship management.
• Run the due-diligence processes lenders require, assembling data, documentation and narrative for approval.
• Structure and close warehouse lines and private credit facilities, supporting syndicate formation.
• Build relationships with banks, private credit funds and warehouse lenders to widen funding base.
• Learn loan, collateral and yield framework deeply to speak credibly with counterparties.
• Represent the company at industry conferences and lender/investor events.
• Keep CRM pipeline current and feed market intelligence to the team on structures and terms.
• Coordinate with compliance, legal and onboarding to keep KYC/AML and facility docs moving.
