Prospect Rock Partners, a venture-backed platform focused on GPU/data center-backed credit, seeks a senior capital origination leader to drive a $1.5B capital raise. You will own strategy, relationships, and outcomes, partnering with the founding team to scale capital formation.

The role demands deep experience in credit markets and proven success in institutional fundraising, with direct exposure to private credit and asset-backed finance. This is a high-autonomy, results-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Originated/led $250M+ institutional capital commitments.
• 7+ years in capital markets or related roles.
• Experience with private credit, structured finance, or funds placement.
• Strong relationships with institutional allocators/banks.
• Deep fluency in credit and capital markets.
• VP/Director level experience in banking or funds.
• Executive communication with sophisticated counterparties.

Responsibilities

• Lead full institutional capital origination pipeline, incl. structuring and closing.
• Deepen crypto-native funds and high-net-worth relationships; expand to traditional institutional capital.
• Own build-out of warehouse lines and private credit facilities.
• Oversee due diligence, documentation, and loan-level data for credit reviews.
• Structure, negotiate, close facilities, and form syndicates.
• Collaborate with founding team and originations to source loan data and narratives.
• Advise on positioning, structure, pricing, covenants, and investor appetite.
• Develop knowledge of platform’s lending, collateral, and yield mechanics for credible discussions.
• Maintain a clean CRM pipeline with deal stages, notes, and forecasts.
• Coordinate with compliance/legal/onboarding to move documents.
• Recruit/manage junior analyst for pipeline execution and materials.
• Represent platform at conferences and events.
