Job summary

Prospect Rock Partners is seeking a senior capital origination leader to head a $1.5B capital raise for a venture-backed, collateralised credit facilities platform. You will own strategy, relationships, and outcomes, targeting crypto-native funds, banks, and family offices while advancing warehouse lines and private credit facilities secured by GPU/data centre assets.

Qualifications

• Originating or leading $250M+ in institutional capital commitments across private credit, asset-backed finance, structured credit, or fund placement.
• 7+ years in capital markets, private credit, structured finance, debt capital markets, credit fund or warehouse origination.
• Warm, current relationships with institutional allocators and credit providers.
• Deep fluency in credit and capital markets: facility structures, advance rates, covenants, collateral, and credit risk.
• VP/Director-level seniority at a bank, placement agent, fund, or credit provider, with credibility to represent a $1.5B raise.
• Digital asset experience valued but not required; willingness to develop fluency in on-chain settlement mechanics.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full institutional capital origination pipeline—from targeting to close and ongoing relationship management.
• Deepen relationships with crypto-native funds, family offices, banks, and traditional institutions to scale capital raises.
• Own the build-out of warehouse lines and private credit facilities secured by GPU and data centre infrastructure.
• Oversee due-diligence processes and assemble loan-level data and credit narratives for committees.
• Lead structuring, negotiation, and closing of credit facilities and syndicates.
• Represent the platform at industry conferences, summits, and investor events.
