Job summary

JPMorgan Chase seeks a seasoned Head of Dining, Lifestyle & Cards Analytics in Wilmington, DE, to set the analytics vision for premium offerings and customer strategy. You will lead a high-performing team, shaping product design, customer targeting, and portfolio performance through insights.

You will partner with Dining, The Infatuation, and Chase Lounges to influence senior leaders across product, marketing, finance, and risk.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on analytics concepts and 10+ years applied experience.
• Proven senior leadership experience managing teams of managers and analysts.
• Deep understanding of card portfolio economics and profitability drivers.
• Demonstrated expertise in product analytics and lifecycle performance management.
• Strong capabilities in customer segmentation and behavioral analytics.
• Expertise in experimentation design and measurement methodologies, including causal inference.
• Experience using artificial intelligence, machine learning, and advanced analytics with governance.
• Exceptional communication and executive storytelling for non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to influence decision makers in a fast-paced, matrixed org across product, marketing, finance, risk, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver a multi-year analytics vision across dining, lifestyle experiences, and premium portfolios with measurable business outcomes.
• Provide analytic leadership for product and benefit design, translating customer needs into actionable recommendations.
• Lead and retain a team of managers and analysts, setting standards for rigor, impact, and accountability.
• Leverage AI/ML to modernize analytics workflows, with governance and controls.
• Establish executive-ready performance management across profitability, engagement, and portfolio health.
• Build a measurement framework connecting dining/lifestyle to card portfolio outcomes.
• Partner with experimentation and product teams to design controlled tests and pilots.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, finance, risk, and operations to align priorities.
• Deliver concise insights to senior leadership with clear trade-offs and actions.
• Stay current on industry trends and ecosystem shifts to drive innovation.
