Horizon Media Inc. in New York City seeks a VP of Analytic Insights to lead cross‑channel analytics and client‑specific solutions, and to head a team of analytics professionals.

You will build analytics infrastructure for existing clients, guide measurement in pitches, and develop dashboards that present insights clearly. The role partners with media planning and brand strategy to align KPIs with campaign goals.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of relevant experience in digital and traditional media analytics.
• Strong business acumen and client service skills.
• Proven track record building analytic approaches across a broad mix of clients.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to convey findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Build analytics approach and infrastructure for existing clients; guide measurements on new pitches.
• Develop dashboards that deliver information clearly and concisely.
• Collaborate with media planning and brand strategy to craft KPIs and reporting.
• Analyze data, filter noise, and deliver actionable insights to clients.
• Manage client expectations across multiple engagements.
• Supervise and mentor the Analytics team, including managers and staff.
