Job summary

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in Apps Development or senior level experience in Enterprise Architecture with SME
• Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, PCF, Akamai) across Citi’s internal and external cloud environments
• Lead resources and act as SME across the company with advanced knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and distributed systems
• Knowledge of NGA technology and AWS PWS; automate code quality and CI/CD processes

• Onboard and mentor new talent
• Coach direct reports to develop talent and align with department goals
• Set and articulate expectations around leadership behavior and align with Citi’s leadership principles
• Design, implement, and deploy software components and solve complex problems

• Deliver high-quality, secure, testable, maintainable code
• Improve development and testing processes
• Maintain strong working relationships with related teams
