Job summary

Caris Life Sciences seeks an accomplished executive to lead its Digital Pathology organization, aligning strategy with enterprise goals and regulatory requirements.

The VP will drive image management, AI-enabled pathology initiatives, and workflow optimization, partnering with IT, Data Science, andClinical teams to accelerate innovation while maintaining compliance and quality across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Engineering, Computer Science, Health Informatics, or a related field.
• 12+ years in Digital Pathology, Computational Pathology, or Healthcare Technology environments.
• 8+ years of leadership experience managing managers and cross-functional teams in regulated healthcare settings.
• Proven executive leadership within CLIA/CAP/ISO/FDA-regulated environments.
• Experience leading enterprise digital pathology programs and large-scale deployments.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for the Digital Pathology organization.
• Develop enterprise digital pathology strategy, roadmap, and long-term vision.
• Oversee software validation, deployment planning, and end-user adoption.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality across pathology platforms.
• Lead vendor relationships, budgeting, and technology partnerships.
