Qualifications

Role:

Vice President of Digital Pathology overseeing enterprise-wide strategy, operations, and innovation in digital pathology and computational analytics.

Responsibilities:

• develop and execute strategic roadmaps
• manage all digital pathology operations including slide digitization, image management, workflow optimization, validation programs, and software implementations
• ensure regulatory compliance (CLIA, CAP, FDA, ISO)
• foster data science and AI initiatives
• oversee vendor relations, system integrations, and enterprise transformation projects

Requirements:

• PhD/MD or equivalent, 12+ years in digital pathology, healthcare tech, or related fields, with 8+ years in senior leadership managing teams and large-scale digital health programs
