Job summary

Safelite is seeking a transformational leader for AVP, Digital Operations to architect the operating model that powers a fast, AI‑native digital organization. You will connect strategy to execution, lead portfolio strategy, and drive value realization across digital products and platforms.

You will partner with Product, Finance, Analytics, and business leaders to define measurable outcomes, establish governance, and accelerate speed, learning, and execution at scale.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of leadership in product operations, portfolio management, or strategic planning.
• Proven ability to connect investments and product portfolios to measurable outcomes.
• Strong capability to create planning frameworks, operating rhythms, and governance structures.

Responsibilities

• Own the operating model that connects strategy to execution across our digital portfolio.
• Establish portfolio management disciplines for transparency, accountability, and predictability.
• Create governance, planning, goal-setting, and performance systems to scale teams effectively.
• Provide visibility into priorities, investments, outcomes, risks, and delivery commitments.
