Job summary

Citi is seeking a Digital Onboarding Platform Product Manager to transform client onboarding across Services, including Payments, Liquidity, Trade and Custody—driving real-world impact globally.

You will own the end-to-end product vision, roadmap, and delivery of a scalable onboarding platform, working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to shape online banking's future.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of product management experience delivering digital products end to end.
• Ability to build and manage roadmaps, backlogs, and coordinate multiple teams in agile environments.
• Experience with client onboarding automation, online banking portals, or digital platforms in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of the onboarding platform roadmap with clear KPIs and business cases.
• Advance onboarding across Payments, Liquidity, Trade and Custody with API-driven, data-enabled workflows.
• Build scalable capabilities for cross-product onboarding automation across Services.
• Prioritize the product backlog and craft epics bridging business needs with delivery.
