Job summary

Citi is seeking a Digital Onboarding Platform Product Manager in New York to lead the transformation of client onboarding across Services, including Payments, Liquidity, Trade and Custody. You will own the end-to-end product vision, roadmap, and delivery of a scalable platform, collaborating with senior stakeholders to shape online banking on a global scale.

The role requires 6–10 years in product management, strong roadmapping and backlog discipline, and experience with onboarding automation.

Qualifications

6–10 years of product management experience with end-to-end ownership.
Ability to build and manage roadmaps, prioritize backlogs, and drive multi-team delivery.
Experience in client onboarding automation or digital banking platforms.
Analytical skills to translate requirements into product decisions.
Strong communication across senior stakeholders and technical teams.

Responsibilities

Lead development and execution of the digital onboarding platform roadmap with measurable KPIs.
Apply straight-through processing and onboarding APIs to reduce cycle times.
Build scalable platform capabilities for automation across product lines.
Prioritize backlog across multiple agile scrum teams with clear epics.
Collaborate with UI/UX using design-thinking to sculpt the target onboarding experience.
