Citi is seeking a Senior Digital Onboarding Platform Product Manager to lead a global onboarding transformation across Payments, Liquidity, Trade, and Custody. You will own the product vision, roadmap, and delivery of a scalable platform, partnering with senior stakeholders to drive measurable outcomes at scale.
The role requires directing a team of product managers, delivering end-to-end onboarding improvements, and modernizing processes with automation while aligning across technology,
Qualifications
- 10+ years in product management leading cross-functional teams.
- Experience with onboarding automation or digital banking platforms.
- Strong analytical capability translating data into product decisions.
Responsibilities
- Own the digital onboarding product vision and roadmap across payments, liquidity, trade, and custody.
- Lead and develop a team of product managers across multiple streams.
- Build scalable platform capabilities for automated onboarding.
- Prioritize backlog across agile scrum teams with well-scoped epics.
- Collaborate with UI/UX and SMEs to shape the onboarding experience.
- Align roadmaps with senior stakeholders across technology, operations, and business.
- Modernize workflows with automation to reduce manual effort in onboarding.
- Analyze market trends to evolve strategy and inform the roadmap.
