Qualifications
- 10+ years of product management experience leading teams and roadmaps.
- Experience in client onboarding automation or digital onboarding platforms in financial services.
- Strong analytical skills to translate data-driven insights into product decisions.
- Excellent communication across senior stakeholders and technical teams.
Responsibilities
- Own onboarding product vision and roadmap across Payments, Liquidity, Trade, and Custody.
- Lead and develop a team of product managers to deliver multi-workstream goals.
- Build scalable platform capabilities to automate onboarding across Services.
- Prioritize backlog across multiple agile scrum teams with well-scoped epics.
- Collaborate with UI/UX and SMEs to design the target onboarding experience.
