Job summary

GH Engage, New York/San Francisco-based investment banking team, is seeking a Vice President to lead and execute transactions across M&A, debt and equity financings, engaging directly with founders, investors and senior leadership.

The role focuses on building and reviewing complex financial models, valuations and analyses, managing deal processes, due diligence and timelines, and mentoring junior members while expanding client relationships in digital infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in investment banking, M&A, or related corporate finance.
• Experience in digital infrastructure, data centres, TMT or communications infrastructure.
• Strong modelling, valuation and execution skills.
• Solid understanding of debt and equity capital markets.
• Ability to manage multiple live transactions and interact with senior stakeholders.
• FINRA Series 79 licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of M&A, debt and equity financing transactions.
• Build and review complex financial models, valuations and transaction analyses.
• Manage deal processes, due diligence, documentation and execution timelines.
• Work closely with clients, investors, lenders and other transaction counterparties.
• Support business development and maintain relationships across the digital infrastructure ecosystem.
• Mentor and guide junior team members.
