This fund focuses on data centers and hyperscale infrastructure investments.The Vice President will lead the evaluation and execution of investments across data center and hyperscale infrastructure assets, build and review complex financial models and valuation analyses, and drive due diligence, transaction structuring, and negotiations. The role involves partnering with management teams and operating partners on value creation initiatives, as well as supporting portfolio monitoring and strategic decision-making.Candidates should have 5-10 years of experience in TMT private equity or digital infrastructure investing, with strong transaction experience and increasing ownership of deal execution.
