Guggenheim Securities, the investment banking and capital markets arm of Guggenheim Partners, seeks a Vice President to join its Digital Infrastructure team in New York. The role emphasizes managing advisory and financing transactions, developing client relationships, and delivering sophisticated financial analyses.

Ideal candidates have strong modeling/valuation experience, a track record in investment banking, and the ability to work across senior stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7 years of IB experience or an MBA with 4+ years of experience in IB.
• Core modeling and valuation experience in professional setting.
• SIE Exam, Series 79 and Series 63 must be acquired within 150 days of employment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day project management on advisory and financing transactions.
• Develop and oversee financial and accounting analyses for M&A and financing opportunities.
• Develop client relationships and expand sector coverage with senior bankers.
• Analyse market trends, competitive landscapes, and public company financials to identify client solutions.
• Prepare complex financial models and perform valuation analyses for various corporate finance scenarios.
