Job summary

Hiscox seeks a VP, Digital Business Development Leader to drive profitable growth of SME insurance via digital partnerships. You will lead a team of business development managers and enablement staff, shaping GTM strategies with distribution partners and managing the P&L to achieve revenue targets.

Ideal candidates have 5–7+ years in insurance sales leadership, strong analytics, and exceptional stakeholder management, with a hybrid in-office schedule in major U.S. offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• Proven track record in insurance sales leadership with revenue growth.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication to influence internal and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of insurance distribution operations and market dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable growth of SME insurance products via digital partnership channel.
