Job summary

Hiscox USA is seeking a VP, Practice Leader – Cyber & Tech E&O in a permanent, hybrid role. You will combine product management and underwriting leadership, owning the full lifecycle, risk selection, and innovation for digital and intermediated channels.

Lead underwriting strategy, drive profitable growth, set pricing, develop tools, collaborate with marketing, claims, actuarial and distribution. Manage P&L, deliver market-leading outcomes, and foster customer-centric continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management and/or underwriting of Cyber/Tech E&O.
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, CS; MBA preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Cyber/Tech E&O markets.
• Excellent strategic and execution skills.
• Ability to influence executives and brokers.
• Experience with Lloyd’s CPCU or RPLU a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define underwriting strategy and pricing for Cyber/Tech E&O.
• Lead cross-functional teams with marketing, claims, actuarial.
• Own P&L and drive profitable growth.
• Develop tools for risk evaluation and data use.
• Monitor market trends and regulatory changes.
