Job summary

State Street in Massachusetts is seeking a Digital Custody Strategy & Execution Lead, VP, with deep experience in traditional and digital assets to shape the future of our Digital Division.

You will report to the Head of Digital Custody Operations and collaborate with Product Development, IT, Risk and Compliance, and external partners to design scalable custody solutions and drive enterprise strategy.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in operations and client service for large institutions.
• Hands-on experience with digital assets and wallets / distributed ledger technology.
• Experience in change management in business transformation initiatives.
• Understanding of enterprise fintech solutions and governance.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships with internal and external partners and stakeholders.
• Fluent in English – oral and written.
• Advanced degree(s) in digital (business or technical) – nice to have.
• A can-do attitude with a risk- and operational excellence mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end custody processes including reporting and change management.
• Contribute to enterprise strategy by challenging sub- and self-custody design and docs.
• Ensure SLAs with internal partners meet day-to-day delivery needs.
• Provide regular product/service updates with risk/KPI metrics to ensure transparency.
