Job summary

Broadridge is seeking a VP, Product – Corporate Actions - Digital Assets to spearhead the vision, roadmap, and delivery of digital assets products. You will identify market opportunities, build business cases, and drive go-to-market plans, coordinating with engineering, risk, legal, and compliance to ensure scalable, compliant solutions.

The role focuses on on-chain corporate actions and governance, guiding products from concept through launch and optimization in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in product management leading complex products or platforms.
• Strong knowledge of digital assets and related market infrastructure.
• Experience operating in regulated environments with legal/compliance partners.
• Strong commercial acumen including pricing and GTM planning.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders.
• Executive communication and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for digital assets products and capabilities.
• Identify customer needs, market opportunities, competitive trends, and regulatory developments.
• Evaluate, prioritize, and launch new products, features, and enhancements.
• Build business cases including market sizing, ROI analysis, pricing, and commercialization strategy.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, legal, compliance, risk, and other teams to deliver products from concept to launch.
• Develop go-to-market plans with sales, marketing, and client-facing teams.
• Ensure products are compliant, scalable, and operationally ready.
• Monitor product performance and client feedback to drive improvements.
• Act as senior SME on digital assets across the organization.
