Job summary

Morgan Stanley Wealth Management is seeking a Vice President to report to and support the Digital Assets Product Lead, Executive Director, in defining, executing, and scaling the digital assets product strategy and roadmap across Wealth Management.

The role is designed for a product- and execution-oriented candidate with practical digital asset experience, a strong foundation in traditional financial services, and the ability to translate strategy into institutional-grade product capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Product strategy and roadmap support
• Translate strategic priorities into clear product narratives, requirements, business cases, milestones, and decision materials
• Help evaluate opportunities across client segments, advisor workflows, and channels, with a focus on practical product fit, regulatory feasibility, economics, and operating model impact
• Develop decision-ready analysis across digital asset topics, including crypto access, tokenization, stablecoins, custody and settlement models, market structure, wallets, and digital asset ecosystem participation
