• Attract, build, lead, and develop a high-performing team of software engineers and leaders with diverse expertise.
• Design, develop, and implement a modern, AI-native DevEx paradigm across the full software development lifecycle, leveraging AI as a foundational layer.
• Deliver DevEx as a product to thousands of software engineers within the CTO, Software organization as internal customers, and drive AI-enabled design, verification, and orchestration of automated workflows.
