Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or MIS.
• 6+ years in Accounting/Finance, reporting, analytics, controllership, or related roles with end‑to‑end ownership of deliverables.
• Advanced Excel; strong proficiency in SAP and Hyperion Essbase and/or Dodeca for data sourcing, reconciliation, and reporting workflows.
• Experience with SAS, SQL, Tableau, and/or Alteryx (or similar analytics/automation tooling).
• Track record of automating, improving data quality, or modernization in finance tech stacks.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across product, technology, finance, policy, risk, and control partners.

Responsibilities

• Own sourcing, compilation, validation, and distribution of financial data for complex quarterly/annual reporting.
• Drive stakeholder alignment across product owners, technology, LOB deposit controllers, SEC Reporting, Regulatory Reporting, and finance teams.
• Lead initiatives to automate/enhance reporting infrastructure and implement scalable controls.
• Coordinate finance infrastructure changes with product/platform teams and ensure data readiness.
• Provide project management discipline and executive‑level communications with escalation when needed.
• Deliver across recurring reporting, analytics, controls/documentation, and modernization initiatives with cross‑functional teams.
