Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Vice President, Delivery Management in Information Systems for Healthcare Payments. Lead external supplier engagements end-to-end from onboarding to offboarding, partnering with internal teams and suppliers to ensure performance, controls and lifecycle compliance.

You will report to the Head of Information Systems and drive governance, documentation, and continuous improvement across multiple programs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in portfolio management, supplier sourcing, third-party oversight, or related approvals.
• Governance and oversight responsibilities with strong control orientation.
• Ability to lead through influence in a matrix environment across geographies.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with technology risk/control domains (e.g., vulnerability management, data protection).
• Experience using AI tools and automation to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Own third-party oversight obligations across the full supplier lifecycle from onboarding to exit.
• Provide required engagement reference data during onboarding.
• Build and maintain partnerships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Monitor and document supplier performance per third-party oversight expectations.
• Maintain and document supplier exit plans per policy expectations.
• Complete annual recertification of engagement reference data to keep records current.
• Participate as the line-of-business representative in supplier control assessments.
• Manage engagement changes and amendments through internal update processes.
• Review and approve invoices and payments as needed.
• Support contract negotiations and renewals with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with application owners, Technology, and Risk & Controls partners regarding third-party applications.
