Job summary

Targetbase is seeking a Vice President of Decision Sciences to lead the design, sale, and delivery of analytic and AI-driven solutions for client marketing needs. You will manage a team of marketing science professionals and collaborate across disciplines to drive actionable intelligence and optimize engagement strategies.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of applied analytics experience in marketing analysis, including segmentation, predictive analytics, digital analytics, measurement, media performance, business intelligence, and market research.
• 5+ years of CRM, digital, or direct marketing experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, sell-in, and delivery of analytic and AI-driven solutions tailored to client needs.
• Build trusted-advisor relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Identify client problems and determine appropriate analytic/AI approaches.
• Guide teams of directors, managers, and analysts to deliver insights and reporting.
• Drive client satisfaction and account growth through analytic work that impacts business results.
• Collaborate with leaders to advance innovation and expand capabilities.
