Job summary

Targetbase seeks a Vice President of Decision Sciences in Raleigh, NC, to lead analytic and AI-driven solutions for clients. You will guide a team of marketing science and measurement professionals, shaping strategy, delivery, and client outcomes.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in applied marketing analytics, with CRM/digital marketing experience, strong statistical knowledge, and proven leadership. This role is hybrid and requires on-site collaboration in Raleigh three days weekly.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of applied analytics experience in marketing analysis, including segmentation, predictive analytics, digital analytics, measurement, and market research.
• 5+ years of experience in CRM, digital, or direct marketing preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, sell-in, and delivery of analytic and AI-driven solutions for clients.
• Build and coach teams of directors, managers, and analysts to deliver insights on time and on budget.
• Partner with cross-discipline teams to drive client satisfaction, growth, and impact.
