Job summary

BI WORLDWIDE is seeking a Vice President of Decision Sciences to define and execute the analytics and data intelligence strategy. You will lead a high-performing team of analysts, data scientists, and decision science professionals who transform data into actionable insights driving measurable client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in analytics, data science, or related disciplines.
• Proven success leading high-performing teams and developing future leaders.
• Strong financial acumen including budget management and P&L responsibility.
• Experience leveraging advanced analytics and AI-enabled solutions to solve business problems.
• Ability to influence executive stakeholders and communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Strong client management and consultative leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Decision Sciences practice.
• Drive innovation through advanced analytics, AI, ML, and emerging technologies.
• Partner with sales and business leaders to develop analytics-driven solutions delivering measurable value.
• Identify opportunities to expand capabilities, increase revenue, and differentiate BIW in the market.
• Serve as an executive thought leader representing BIW with clients and industry audiences.
• Recruit, develop, and retain analytics talent while fostering a culture of innovation.
• Lead development of analytical frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
• Provide consultative recommendations helping clients answer critical questions.
• Advance predictive, prescriptive, and diagnostic analytics to improve outcomes.
• Elevate data storytelling through executive-level presentations and recommendations.
• Own and manage the department's financial performance and resource planning.
• Establish governance processes to maximize efficiency and quality.
• Drive continuous improvement for scalability and profitability.
• Lead executive-level issue resolution when required.
• Collaborate with Technology, Product, Operations, and Client Services.
• Lead enterprise initiatives and align with corporate priorities.
