Job summary

MissionOne Media, a BarkleyOKRP brand in New York, seeks a Vice President of Decision Science to shape and scale its Analytics practice. You’ll lead measurement frameworks, guide client engagements, and empower a multidisciplinary team of data professionals to drive data-informed decisions across campaigns.

You’ll partner with media strategy, activation, ad ops and creative to integrate analytics into every stage of campaign development while staying ahead of privacy rules and emerging tech.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in marketing/advertising analytics with agency/consulting leadership.
• Proven ability to turn analytics into client actions and manage relationships.
• Expertise in analytics reporting and data platforms (Tableau, SQL, Adverity).
• Strong leadership, mentorship, and cross-functional team management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cross-channel measurement design, attribution, incrementality, and testing roadmaps.
• Deliver holistic marketing performance reporting and dashboards.
• Evaluate media measurement vendors and manage budgets.
• Lead cross-channel response analytics and media plan optimization.
• Ensure data infrastructure and on-time, complete client reporting.
• Support new business development and serve as a senior client advisor.
