Job summary

MissionOne Media, a BarkleyOKRP brand, seeks a VP of Decision Science to shape and scale the Analytics practice. You will lead data-driven decision making, develop measurement frameworks, and guide a multidisciplinary team of data professionals across client engagements.

You will partner with media strategy, activation, ad ops and creative to embed analytics in campaign development, while staying ahead of privacy rules and emerging tech.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in marketing/advertising analytics with leadership experience at agency, consultancy, or data-driven org.
• Proven ability to translate analytics into actionable client guidance and grow relationships.
• Expertise in analytics reporting and data platforms such as Tableau, SQL, Adverity.
• Strong understanding of the data/ad tech ecosystem across Meta, Google, DSPs, marketing tools and third-party providers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cross-channel measurement strategies, including attribution, incrementality, and brand lift studies.
• Lead vendor evaluation, contracting and budget management for measurement initiatives.
• Drive cross-channel response analytics and media plan optimization.
• Ensure data infrastructure and reporting meet client requirements and timelines.
• Grow a high-performing analytics team and partner with stakeholders to integrate data into campaigns.
