Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Vice President in the Data Strategy Team within CCOR to lead data product strategies, govern data assets, and drive innovation using AI/ML and advanced analytics. You will collaborate with CCOR leaders, ML, analytics, and technology partners to oversee the central data platform enabling the organization’s data-driven agenda.

You will guide cross-functional teams, manage data risks, and ensure data quality for strategic decision-making and business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data-related field or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in data management, governance, risk management/analytics
• Strong leadership and delivery management experience
• Strong understanding of data management, governance, and lifecycle management
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with large-scale data lake/warehousing projects
• Knowledge of data modeling techniques
• Hands-on SQL; Python & PySpark experience

Responsibilities

• Implement strategic plans to deliver data solutions that support business operations and objectives
• Own data product lines for CCOR Data Lake implementation from requirements to delivery
• Manage project execution, risks, bottlenecks, and efficiencies
• Collaborate to ensure data is well-documented with metadata and meaning
• Develop/oversee processes to identify, monitor, mitigate data risks
• Partner with CDO and technology teams to design data tools and processes
• Develop prototypes for data visualization, analytics, and automation
• Communicate and resolve data issues maintaining data integrity
• Manage and guide staff in data-related tasks and initiatives
