Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Newark, Delaware invites an experienced VP to join the Data Strategy Team within CCOR data management. You will own data products, align requirements with technology partners, and help mitigate data risks while driving trusted data for decision-making and innovation.

You will lead cross-functional teams, collaborate with CCOR leaders, ML, analytics, CDO, and tech partners to deliver a central data platform enabling AI/ML, advanced analytics and automation across the firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in data management, governance, or analytics.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in data management, governance, or analytics.
• Strong leadership and delivery management skills.
• Excellent analytical and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Implement strategic plans to deliver data solutions aligning with business objectives.
• Provide Data product ownership for CCOR data lake implementations and governance.
• Manage project milestones, risks, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Document data meaning and metadata for governance and control.
• Partner with CDO and technology teams to design data management tools and processes.
• Develop prototypes for data visualization and analytics with CCOR teams.
• Communicate data issues and ensure data integrity and trust.
• Lead and mentor staff in data-related initiatives.
