Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Vice President-Strategic & Execution Program Manager to lead strategic initiatives across the Firmwide CDO Strategy and Execution team.

You will drive data modernization, governance, and execution of complex programs, coordinating with Product, Technology, and leadership to deliver AI-ready data and manage data risk. You will oversee lifecycle from initiation to go-live, develop business cases, and drive standardized PMO practices while coaching teammates and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience.
• Experience leading programs driving strategic or transformational change in large organizations.
• Expertise in program governance, methodologies, and enterprise tooling.
• Ability to manage tight timelines and multiple deliverables.
• Strong communication and influencing skills for leadership alignment.
• Proactive self-starter with problem-solving across functions.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, and other PM tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Management, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic change initiatives with Product, Technology, LOBs, and Functions.
• Gather, synthesize, and prioritize requirements from stakeholders.
• Design solutions and define product roadmap and deliverables.
• Develop business cases and secure funding for strategic programs.
• Govern programs with governance, reporting, and stakeholder oversight.
• Identify risks and escalations; drive PMO capabilities for large programs.
• Develop standardized project management processes and templates.
• Maintain program reporting and metrics for senior leadership.
• Coach team members and contribute to group objectives.
