Job summary

Learfield seeks a senior data leader to define and drive the data strategy across the organization, partnering with the Chief Data & Technology Officer. You will lead a diverse team of product managers, data engineers, and BI analysts to build scalable data products and an enterprise data platform.

You will advance audience segmentation, personalization, and analytics that quantify fan engagement and revenue. This role combines leadership with hands-on data product development.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in data, analytics, or data engineering.
• Experience building and leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake or Databricks.
• Experience applying AI-native approaches.
• Strong grounding in data governance, privacy, and security.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute data strategy with the Chief Data & Technology Officer.
• Lead, develop and evolve a team of 15+ across product managers, data engineers, and BI analysts.
• Own and evolve Learfield's enterprise data platform.
• Drive a product-led approach to data by developing scalable products.
• Advance audience segmentation and personalization capabilities.
• Deliver analytics and BI that quantify fan engagement and revenue generation.
