Job summary

EverPass Media seeks a senior leader to define and execute the enterprise data strategy, analytics, and AI roadmap. Build trusted data platforms, governance, and scalable BI across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations. Lead ML/AI initiatives and partner with stakeholders to drive growth and efficiency.

Qualifications

7+ years in Data, Analytics, Data Engineering, or AI.
3+ years leading technical teams.
Strong SQL skills and data governance experience.
Experience with enterprise BI environments and modern ELT tooling.

Responsibilities

Own enterprise data strategy and multi-year roadmap.
Lead data governance and trusted data platform initiatives.
Develop executive dashboards and KPI reporting.
Drive AI roadmap including ML/Generative AI projects across functions.
Mentor engineers, analysts, and data scientists.
