Job summary

Vanguard is seeking a data platform product leader to own the full lifecycle of our enterprise data platforms. You will drive vision, strategy, and an outcomes-based roadmap aligned with the enterprise data strategy and target state architecture.

You will collaborate with data engineers, architects, analysts, and data scientists to define data products, lead MVPs, and coordinate with CTO-level stakeholders to ensure timely, on-budget launches and measurable ROI across our data platforms.

Qualifications

• Eight years of business experience with cross-functional leadership.
• Experience owning data platform products from ideation to delivery.
• Ability to define data products for engineers, analysts and scientists.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision and strategy for Vanguard’s data platforms.
• Develop an outcomes-based roadmap aligned with enterprise data strategy.
• Lead MVPs, prototyping and data product iterations with stakeholders.
• Coordinate GTM, budgeting, and ROIs for platform capabilities.
