Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Data Product Manager within the Firmwide Financial Control (FFC) team to safeguard financial data integrity and define the global platform strategy for scalable, data-driven controls. You will partner across disciplines to shape structured data models and implement governance-ready data solutions.

The role emphasizes building scalable data products, collaborating with stakeholders, and advancing AI-enabled capabilities within a regulated financial environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in data product management or ownership within financial services or regulated industries.
• Experience delivering outcomes across multi-stakeholder workstreams with intake, prioritization, and risk management processes.
• Knowledge of modern data architecture concepts (logical/physical modeling, batch/streaming, APIs, data contracts).
• Strong governance and controls knowledge, including data quality and security considerations.
• Proficiency with data analytics tools and ability to handle large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to drive product discovery and gather requirements.
• Own and maintain a user-centric roadmap and prioritized backlog.
• Translate data needs into clear product scope and acceptance criteria across the SDLC.
• Ensure data is structured for scale and reuse, with clear data contracts where applicable.
• Define and publish data quality rules and controls embedded in the product.
• Contribute to AI/ML enablement by positioning data for AI readiness and downstream use.
