Job summary

State Street is seeking a Senior Data Product and Execution Manager, VP to lead the delivery of advanced data product solutions for client coverage and product businesses in Boston. This role requires hands-on experience in data domains, product lifecycle execution, data pipelines, and team leadership within financial services.

Candidates should demonstrate deep knowledge of Salesforce, Snowflake, Databricks, Python, SQL, and AI tooling, with a track record in unstructured data and cross-border

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS or related field.
• Minimum extensive experience in financial services.
• 10+ years in data product management and lifecycle execution.
• 10+ years with Salesforce and global sales channels.
• Experience with Snowflake and Databricks; Python and SQL proficiency.
• Familiar with AI code generation tools like Anthropic Code, Codex, Copilot.

Responsibilities

• Lead agile product manager, data analyst, and engineers to deliver data solutions.
• Collaborate with global teams to execute cross-border data projects.
• Mentor junior data professionals and foster high performance.
• Oversee data demand, design features, and data workflows for structured/unstructured data.
• Pioneer data agents using agentic AI frameworks.
