Job summary

State Street is seeking a seasoned leader to drive cross-functional readiness and delivery for strategic AI initiatives across Data & AI. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Release Management, Operations, and business stakeholders to ensure AI capabilities are planned, delivered, deployed, and adopted successfully.

You will own end-to-end readiness, coordinate release planning, and establish governance across programs, ensuring alignment with PDLC/SDLC and managing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in product/programm management or related leadership roles.
• Experience leading cross-functional technology initiatives in enterprise software or financial services.
• Ability to drive execution across matrixed organizations and stakeholder groups.
• Expertise in governance, risk, dependency management, and executive communications.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Jira, and Confluence in software delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end readiness and delivery coordination from planning through production deployment.
• Collaborate with PMs, Eng, and Architects to deliver AI capabilities including GenAI and intelligent automation.
• Coordinate release planning, deployment activities, and go-live readiness.
• Establish program governance including status reporting, risk tracking, and issue escalation.
• Lead capacity and prioritization to support AI objectives.
• Integrate readiness into PDLC and SDLC processes.
• Manage compliance and governance workstreams across SDLC releases and deployments.
• Oversee weekly vulnerability review and executive reporting for patches and cloud vulnerabilities.
