Job summary

State Street in Boston seeks a senior leader to drive AI capabilities across Finance, Risk and Treasury. This role emphasizes agentic AI and no-code/low-code solutions with strong governance and KPI monitoring.

You will lead cross-functional teams, translate complex technical concepts into business decisions, and partner with senior Finance leadership to deliver reliable, auditable finance solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in AI, data analytics, CS, engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in AI technologies, data science, analytics, and automation with leadership of programs/teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; experience with large datasets.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python; experience with data warehousing, data modelling, ETL.

Responsibilities

• Build Agentic AI & Copilot Solutions for Finance with governance and controls.
• Lead cross-functional delivery teams to design and deploy agent-based workflows across finance processes.
• Own solution strategy for LLM copilots supporting finance narratives, variance explanations, and root-cause analysis.
• Combine AI with deterministic logic to ensure reliability in controlled environments with KPI monitoring and governance.
