Job summary

State Street seeks an Assistant Vice President in Global Delivery Data Operations to lead data solutions across front, middle, and back-office processes. You will drive data strategy, governance, and program execution with business and technology partners while ensuring alignment with long-term plans.

The role emphasizes data management, stakeholder engagement, and delivering complex data solutions and services in a dynamic environment. Strong communication and PM skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, MIS, IT or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in data analysis, Operations, or Product management.
• Data Analysis skills including SQL, Data Visualization tools like Power BI, etc.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish partnerships with Operations, Technology, Product and E2E teams to coordinate data solutions and products.
• Create and manage multiple project plans and provide program management for a suite of projects.
• Serve as liaison between business and technology to support product demand opportunities.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of front-to-back Investment management with focus on data requirements.
• Align business goals with data and technology investments to achieve outcomes.
• Communicate recommendations to senior management clearly and effectively.
