Qualifications

• Requires deep technical knowledge of modern data architectures and platforms, cloud architectures, semantic modeling, data governance, security and privacy environments.
• Experience with DataOps, data engineering and integration models, data warehousing and lakehouse platforms, and AI-integrated architecture.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction for data infrastructure and e-business opportunities.
• Lead efforts to secure e-business infrastructure and manage data governance.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to address data-driven solutions across the organization.
• Oversee Member and Product Support (MaPS) workflows for optimal member experience.
• Direct key data and e-commerce projects using iterative/agile processes.
• Assess and approve acquisitions and deployments of data platforms and services.
• Manage departmental operations, staffing, training, budgeting, and policy development.
