The American College of Physicians (ACP) is seeking a Vice President of Data Operations and e-Business to lead the data strategy, data system infrastructure, and e-business operations for our national medical organization headquartered in Philadelphia. Qualifications

• Requires deep technical knowledge of modern data architectures and platforms.
• Experience with PaaS providers in e-business and data platforms.
• Familiarity with Association Management Systems (AMS) and related platforms.
• Strong project management skills and knowledge of agile methodologies.
• Excellent written and oral communication across organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction for data infrastructure and e-business opportunities.
• Lead efforts to secure e-business infrastructure and manage data governance.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to address challenges with data-driven solutions.
• Oversee workflows for member and customer experiences.
• Directly manage key data/e-commerce projects with iterative/agile processes.
• Participate in Technology Solutions Governance activities and vendor decisions.
• Manage departmental operations, staffing, development, training and budget.
