Job summary

Publicis Health Media (PHM) seeks a VP of Data Engineering to define and advance PHM’s enterprise data engineering strategy, architecture, and capabilities across scalable platforms. You will lead data platforms enabling analytics, BI, and activation, partnering with senior business, analytics, and client teams.

The role focuses on establishing a forward-looking data engineering vision, ensuring scalable, secure, reliable, and high-performance data infrastructure while guiding a high-performing

Qualifications

• + Bachelor’s degree is preferred; related field accepted.
• + 12+ years in data engineering / architecture / software engineering.
• + 5+ years leading data engineering teams at director level or above.
• + Experience with large-scale data platforms and data products.
• + Deep knowledge of data warehouses, data lakes, ETL/ELT, data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise data engineering strategy and multi-year roadmap.
• Architect scalable data warehouses, data lakes, and data platforms.
• Lead cloud-era data infrastructure across AWS/Azure/Google Cloud.
• Set standards for data integration, metadata, quality, governance and lineage.
• Drive modernization of data platforms and adoption of AI/ML where applicable.
