Job summary

The American College of Physicians (ACP) is seeking a Vice President, Data Operations and e-Business to guide data strategy, infrastructure, and e-commerce initiatives. This full-time hybrid role requires 2 in-office days weekly at the Philadelphia HQ.

Reporting to the CTO, you will lead governance, cybersecurity, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver cost-effective, data-driven solutions and enhanced member experiences.

Qualifications

• Requires deep technical knowledge of modern data architectures, platforms, and data governance including regulatory environments.
• Experience with PaaS providers in e-business and data platforms, especially AMS.
• Strong project management skills and agile methodologies knowledge.
• Excellent written and oral communication across all organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead the ongoing implementation of the organizational data strategy and data system infrastructure.
• Oversee e-business operations and cybersecurity, ensuring business continuity.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to design cost-effective, data-driven solutions.
• Manage MaPS team workflows for member and customer experience enhancements.
• Assess and approve data platforms and services within governance guidelines.
