Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 5–10 years in data modelling/warehousing; securities/financial services experience is a plus.
• Risk, compliance and regulatory reporting experience is a plus.
• Hands-on data and metadata management with a proven delivery track record.
• Strong stakeholder management, multi-priority handling under pressure; familiarity with Agile and Scrum.
• People leadership and ability to drive momentum across a global team.
• Collibra implementation experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure metadata quality, integrity, and governance across the data landscape.
• Partner to define and maintain metadata standards for governance and lineage.
• Support a comprehensive metadata management strategy aligned with objectives.
• Collaborate with tech and business to ensure metadata accuracy across domains.
• Guide data models and logical databases at the element level.
• Support design and tools for metadata repositories and lineage mappings.
• Engage with data owners, stewards, and IT to gather requirements.
• Support data lineage activities and metadata documentation.
