Job summary

LeadingAge Wisconsin seeks a policy/data analysis professional to collaborate with the President/CEO, Finance Network and Public Policy committees to develop data-driven payment policy positions that support member growth. The role builds relationships with regulators, payers, and contracted lobbyists while coordinating advocacy strategy with the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, public policy, or related field.
• Experience in data collection and analysis.
• Understanding of reimbursement for post-acute services.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated and goal oriented; time management.

Responsibilities

• Monitor regulatory and sub-regulatory changes, updating policy positions with data-driven messaging.
• Model Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement scenarios and respond to member questions.
• Prepare biennial workforce report and administer survey.
• Prepare MRA salary survey and Excel tools for members.
• Oversee monthly financial statements and assist in annual budget development.
