Job summary

Metric DCX is seeking a Project Executive with deep data center construction experience to oversee delivery across multiple sites. You will lead client relationships and coordinate with design partners, subcontractors, and internal teams to drive on-time, on-budget results.

This role requires 10+ years in construction management, experience with large-scale hyperscale programs, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction management experience on data center or mission-critical projects.
• Experience with large-scale delivery for GC or owner/operator.
• Strong leadership and client-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for data center construction projects across full lifecycle.
• Serve as primary client-facing executive to ensure project success.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, risk management.
• Guide PMs, superintendents, and field teams for consistency and quality.
• Coordinate with design partners, subs, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure safety codes and company processes compliance.
• Support preconstruction with estimating, planning, procurement.
• Resolve escalated issues and drive continuous improvement.
