Job summary

TeraWulf is seeking a Senior Vice President, Data Center Operations in West Palm Beach to lead steady-state operations across a portfolio of data center campuses. The role oversees site leadership, staffing, maintenance, incident response, budgets and customer service delivery to support hyperscale AI infrastructure.

The VP will build and lead a high-performing operating organization, ensure safety and reliability, and maintain customer uptime and service commitments across the portfolio.

Qualifications

10+ years of leadership experience in mission-critical operations (hyperscale/large-scale data centers).
Direct accountability for staffing, maintenance, reliability, budgets, incidents and customer service.
Experience with multiple facilities or distributed portfolios.

Responsibilities

Lead steady-state operations across all data center campuses with site teams.
Establish operating priorities, decision rights and escalation protocols."
Conduct regular operating reviews covering staffing, budgets, incidents, and risk.
Drive operating standards and accountability across all sites.
