Job summary

TeraWulf is seeking an experienced Head of Procurement to lead procurement, sourcing, purchasing, contract administration, and supply chain for its data center development and operations projects in West Palm Beach.

Reporting to the COO, this role will shape enterprise procurement strategies, build a high-performing team, negotiate key contracts, and ensure cost competitiveness, risk management, and timely project delivery across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or related disciplines.
• 7+ years of leadership experience managing procurement teams.
• Experience leading procurement for large-scale capital projects and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise-wide procurement strategies aligned with growth and capital deployment.
• Lead and develop a high-performing procurement organization across multiple projects.
• Negotiate master service agreements and equipment supply contracts.
• Oversee OFCI procurement and supply chain risk management.
• Partner with Development, Engineering, Construction, Operations, Finance, and Legal to align procurement with project schedules.
