Job summary

TeraWulf is seeking a Vice President, Data Center Operations to lead steady-state operations across its portfolio of mission-critical data center campuses in the United States. You’ll own site leadership, staffing, maintenance, incident response, budgets and uptime targets, and you’ll build a high-performing organization to support hyperscale AI infrastructure and customer commitments.

The role collaborates with Reliability, Engineering, Construction and IT to transition from build to operations

Qualifications

10+ years of leadership in mission-critical operations.
2+ years in liquid-cooled data center operations.
Experience leading operations across multiple facilities or a distributed portfolio.
Direct accountability for staffing, maintenance, reliability, budgets, incidents and customer service.

Responsibilities

Lead steady-state operations across all data center campuses with direct accountability for site teams and operating performance.
Establish operating priorities, performance expectations and escalation protocols across the portfolio.
Drive consistent operating standards, discipline and accountability across all sites.
Oversee operation of mission-critical electrical and mechanical infrastructure and maintenance programs.
Build, lead and develop the site operations organization across the portfolio.
